Opportunity: You'll join as the second dedicated SDR in the USA , working alongside growth leadership and a small team of Account Executives. This isn't a call- list, high-volume environment. You'll be experimenting with outbound plays, supporting events, and developing creative campaigns that cut through the noise. You'll also be using the company's own AI tooling to power your outreach, learn faster, and bring a data-driven edge to your prospecting. This role offers scope, impact, and visibility -- perfect for someone who wants to build, not just follow a script. Your Role: * Research, identify, and engage senior prospects across SaaS, tech, and digitally mature industries * Run personalised outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and tailored content * Qualify inbound opportunities generated from events, webinars, and marketing activity * Partner with AEs to refine messaging and create campaigns that resonate * Use internal tooling to personalise outreach and understand buyer needs * Track activity and pipeline through modern GTM systems * Attend industry events, dinners, and workshops to support relationship-building * Contribute to ongoing experimentation across channels, messaging, and outreach strategy What You Bring: * High levels of grit, coachability, and ambition * Curiosity and creativity -- you don't wait for instructions; you explore * Strong communication skills and a willingness to initiate conversations * Ability to iterate quickly, take feedback, and improve continuously * Comfortable in a fast-moving, low-ego, startup culture * A proactive mindset: ideas over inertia, action over hesitation Candidates with early sales or commercial experience are welcome, as are high- potential juniors who demonstrate drive and intelligence.
