Job Summary The Director of Partner Enablement will be instrumental in driving sales activity between FRC and our strategic OEM sales organizations. This role will lead the efforts with a strong emphasis on co-selling and co-marketing motions, and a deep understanding of company ecosystems. The Director of Partner Enablement will help design, launch, and drive various enablement and strategic go-to-market plays, working cross-functionally and collaboratively both internally and externally. Primary Responsibilities * Partner Enablement and Portfolio Execution * Own enablement strategy across FRC's vendor and alliance portfolio (cybersecurity, AI, IT Modernization, education, and compliance) * Develop partner playbooks, battle cards, sales motions, and solution positioning * Translate OEM value propositions into FRC ready sales assets * Manage certification, training, and enablement tracking for sales and technical teams * Sales Alignment * Partner closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing to support pipeline growth * Support account teams with partner mapping, solutions alignment, and deal positioning * Coordinate joint account planning and partner supported pursuits * Ensure consistent messaging across proposals, presentations, and customers conversations * Partner Relationships Support * Serve as the operational quarterback for assigned partners * Coordiante QBRs, pipeline reviews, and enablement sessions * Track partner performance metrics and identify growth opportunities * Help onboard new partners into FRC's ecosystem efficiently * Process, Tools and Scale * Build repeatable enablement processes that scale across portfolio companies * Maintain partner content libraries and internal enablement portals * Support CRM and partner data alignment * Continuously improve enablement workflows based on sales feedback * Other projects as needed Required Skills and Abilities * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * In depth organizational and project management skills * Experience with CRM tools, enablement platforms, and content management systems Required Education and Experience * 3-7 years of experience in partner management, sales operations, marketing, consulting, or business development * Experience in working cross functionally with sales, technical, and executive teams * Prior work in OEM, VAR, MSP, or alliance ecosystems * Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or federal contracting environments Physical Requirements * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer * Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times * Up to 25% Travel RequiredFRC, Inc
