Key Responsibilities: * Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. * Drive sales across residential and commercial sectors in the Denver Metro area. * Collaborate with estimators, operations, and leadership to ensure seamless project execution. * Manage personal sales pipeline while supporting team members in achieving their goals. * Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience in roofing sales (residential, commercial, or both). * 3+ year in a leadership or sales management role. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of the Denver roofing market and local regulations. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
