Most of our customers are Fortune 500 companies in the US. Impro has been experiencing phenomenal growth, the Company is seeking an Account Manager to join our Los Angeles team. Position Details: * Location: Diamond Bar Office, California * Department: Aerospace / Medical / Oil & Gas Industries Responsibilities: * Responsible for managing customer relationships by following up on issues and opportunities through frequent communication and ensuring the highest level of customer service * Promote new business opportunities and implementing long-term strategy for repeat business * Process inquiries / requests for quotation from both new and existing accounts and negotiate pricing and commercial terms * Participate in customer review and meetings * Act as a liaison between customers and Company cross-functional teams globally * Perform other tasks as assigned Key Requirements: * Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering background (plus); * Castings related experience is a plus; * OEM experience in manufacturer is a plus; * At least 5-year of experience in sales, business development and account management * Mandarin/Chinese and/or Spanish is a plus; * Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Quarterly business trips required Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Mechanical engineering: 2 years (Preferred) * Manufacturing: 2 years (Required) * Account management: 5 years (Required) * OEM: 3 years (Preferred) Language: * Mandarin/Chinese and/or Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
