Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on technology products. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and demonstrate features to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions - Keep the store organized by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise displays are appealing - Handle cash transactions and operate cash registers Experience: - Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in technology or electronics sales, is preferred - Proficiency in POS systems and retail math concepts - Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage customers effectively - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Experience in technical sales is advantageous - Familiarity with cash handling procedures Join our team and enjoy competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
