Role Overview As a Smart Home Consultant, you will work directly with homeowners to assess how their home is functioning today and identify opportunities to improve comfort, efficiency, and long-term value. This is a consultative, education-first role built for professionals who can explain complex systems clearly, build trust quickly, and guide homeowners to confident decisions. What You 'll Do * Conduct in-home and virtual home performance consultations * Review home data (energy use, system age, layout, comfort issues) * Educate homeowners on how systems like energy, HVAC, water, and insulation impact: * Monthly costs * Comfort & indoor health * Insurance & resale value * Present clear upgrade recommendations tailored to each home * Guide homeowners through next steps with clarity and transparency * Manage your pipeline through CRM and follow-up processes * Represent Gambol Home professionally in neighborhoods and communities What We 're Looking For * Strong communicator with a consultative mindset * Comfortable educating homeowners (not reading scripts) * Experience in home services, solar, HVAC, real estate, insurance, or construction is a plus * Self-motivated, organized, and accountable * Able to work evenings or weekends when homeowners are available * Florida driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits * Commission-based with high earning potential * Performance bonuses available * Training, systems, and ongoing support provided * Opportunity to grow into senior consultant or leadership roles * Work with a brand positioned at the intersection of home, wellness, and technology.
