What You 'll Do * Own the Phones: Run proactive outbound calling campaigns to connect with potential clients--no endless cold lists, just real opportunities and support. * Drive New Business: Qualify prospects, book appointments, and help fill the pipeline for our sales team. * Be the Face of the Agency: Build relationships by listening, asking great questions, and showing prospects how we protect what matters most. * Learn & Grow: Get hands-on coaching from leaders who want to see you succeed. After 90-120 days, we'll help you earn your insurance license and boost your earning power. * Contribute to Team Wins: Support office operations (data entry, appointment setting, assisting agents) and keep our systems running smoothly.
