Overview

Work directly with a local Farmers Agency Owner to learn insurance, sales, and client service. You'll help with outreach to prospects, basic quoting, follow- up, and scheduling, with the opportunity to become a licensed producer for home, auto, and life insurance. Students interested in business, finance, sales, or entrepreneurship People who are comfortable talking to others and willing to learn Self-motivated students who want more than just an hourly campus job Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• Property and Casualty License Preferred Licensing Assistance Available
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Career minded vision.
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and email prospects to set appointments
• Assist with quoting and policy follow-up
• Learn how to present coverage and explain benefits
• Use CRM/lead tools to track activity
• Optionally study for and obtain a state insurance license (supported by the agency)
