The ideal candidate is professional at all times, and capable of thriving under pressure. They should be able to quickly assess issues, offer solutions, and make decisions that meet not only our userbase's needs but the business needs as well. To be considered for this position, please submit your resume and complete the hiring questionnaire linked below [please apply online] * Responsibilities * Selling and providing customer resolution via phone calls and email correspondence * Meet a quota for weekly, and monthly sales goals * Uses established procedures (e.g., call scripts and email templates) but have the ability to deviate when needed. * Other responsibilities as assigned * Qualifications* * Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. * Strong communication skills both written and verbally * Interest in problem-solving. Ability to gather relevant data, identify root cause, then determine options and offers suggestions that lead to a resolution * Technical aptitude and the ability to pick up new technology quickly * Ability to work independently and manage one's time * Culturally sensitive: you will be communicating extensively with our diverse user base located in 155+ countries * Fluency in foreign languages a HUGE plus keywords: Account Manager, Account Representative, Brand Ambassador, Business Development Representative, Customer Care Representative, Key Account Manager, Sales Assistant, Sales Associate, Sales Coordinator, Sales Representative, Salesperson, Strategic Account Manager * Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
