Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Converses with customers concerning their needs with orders, estimates, products, maintenance tips, and information
• Receives and processes sales requests and orders using telephone, e-mail, and Video Consultation
• Makes 65+ outbound calls daily
• Holds 4+ Video consultations a day
• Builds relationships with current clients
• Solicits sales of new or additional services
• Handles irate customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Enters information into CRM to track progress and provide sales follow ups
