Hudson County Motors, a third-generation family-owned truck dealership, is looking for Parts Counter Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Responsibilities * Assist retail, shop, and phone customers with selecting and purchasing required parts in a professional and efficient manner. * Provide accurate price quotes, product information, and recommendations. * Review repair and body shop estimates for accuracy and pricing. * Pull, fill, and tag orders for delivery or pickup. * Locate out-of-stock parts and submit emergency orders when necessary. * Follow up on backorders and notify appropriate staff or customers when parts arrive. * Maintain and replenish assigned inventory daily. * Process returns and issue credits according to company policies. * Support outside sales representatives with orders and delivery coordination. * Stay current on new products, updates, and promotions. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required. * Previous automotive or heavy-duty truck parts experience preferred. * Familiarity with CDK or other dealership management systems a plus. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. * Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. * Ability to work full-time (40-45 hours per week), including occasional Saturdays. * Must pass a drug screen and background check.
