Our clients live in areas where outdoor spaces are a point of pride--not an afterthought. We specialize in:
- High-end landscaping projects (patios, retaining walls, hardscapes, installs)
- Premium recurring maintenance programs for homeowners who expect consistency, professionalism, and white-glove service We're building a sales team that understands how to work with high- expectation homeowners and estate-level properties. The Opportunity We're hiring an Outside Sales Representative to run appointments, consult with homeowners, and sell both large one-time projects and recurring maintenance programs across our core territories. This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is comfortable speaking with affluent homeowners
- Understands consultative, relationship-driven selling
- Wants both immediate commission checks and recurring residual income
- Values autonomy, accountability, and long-term earning potential Where You 'll Be Selling You'll work exclusively in high-value residential markets , including:
- Bainbridge: Estate-style homes, larger properties, and full-service landscape needs
- Chagrin Falls: Affluent homeowners who take pride in curated outdoor spaces
- Pepper Pike: Upscale neighborhoods where premium weekly maintenance is the norm
- Moreland Hills: High-end residential properties with long-term service potential
- Beachwood: Well-maintained homes and image-conscious homeowners
- Shaker Heights: Historic homes where aesthetics and detail matter
- Gates Mills: Luxury properties with expansive landscapes
- Hunting Valley: Estate-level homes requiring comprehensive, white-glove care These are quality territories with serious homeowners , not price shoppers.
Compensation
Structure (Blended Model) You earn income in three ways , creating both short-term cash flow and long-term upside. Monthly Draw
- $500 per month recoverable draw
- Paid monthly
- Recovered from commissions earned
- Designed to provide stability while you build momentum Project Commission (One-Time)
- 5% -7.5% commission on large projects
- Paid after client payment clears
- Higher percentages apply to larger or higher-margin jobs Example: $25,000 project = $1,250-$1,875 commission Maintenance Program
Compensation
(Recurring Income) Average maintenance contract: ~$1,000/month Average contract duration: ~8 months
- 4% upfront commission on annual contract value
- 1.5% monthly residual for the lifetime of the contract
- Residuals stop automatically if a client cancels Example: $1,000/month maintenance program
- ~$320 upfront
- ~$120 in residual income
- ~$440 total per contract Residuals stack as you build a book of maintenance clients. Earning Potential
- Strong performers earn $75,000 -$120,000+

- No cap on commissions Performance Expectations This is a performance-based role. Success is measured by:
- Qualified appointments run
- Close rate on projects and maintenance

Requirements
- Prior sales experience (outside sales preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
