Sales Manager - Industrial & Railroad Services $95,000 -$100,000 base + company car + strong benefits The Opportunity Hulcher Services is hiring a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and lead a team of Business Development Managers across industrial, environmental, and railroad service lines. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who enjoys closing deals, building relationships, and developing people --while working closely with operations to deliver best-in-class service. What You'll Do Business Development & Sales * Prospect and secure new business opportunities * Grow revenue and market share within assigned territory * Sell multiple service lines to a diverse customer base * Manage bids, opportunities, and activity through CRM tools Customer Relationship Management * Build long-term customer relationships * Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention * Collaborate with National Account Managers on major accounts Leadership & Team Development * Lead, mentor, and develop Business Development Managers * Execute sales strategies to meet growth targets * Provide sales coverage across territories when needed Strategy & Collaboration * Partner with Operations to ensure quality service delivery * Support pricing strategies, market analysis, and capital planning Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing a sales team Proven success in business development and account management Experience in industrial, environmental, or railroad services (preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Proficiency with CRM systems and sales processes Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Willingness to travel up to 75% Compensation & Benefits * $95,000 -$100,000 annual base salary W/ bonus potential * Company car provided * 401(k) with company match * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * HSA & FSA options * Life insurance * Paid time off * Employee discounts Why Join Hulcher Services * Leadership role with growth and visibility * Established brand in industrial & railroad services * Strong operational support behind every sale * Opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team Ready to lead, sell, and grow?
