Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sponsorship Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing sponsorship opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship building, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on B2B sales and territory management. Responsibilities * Identify and generate new sponsorship leads through cold calling, networking, and market research * Manage a designated territory to maximize sponsorship opportunities and build lasting client relationships * Conduct product demos and presentations to potential sponsors, highlighting benefits and partnership value * Negotiate sponsorship agreements ensuring mutual benefit for both parties * Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools * Upsell additional sponsorship packages or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams * Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop tailored sponsorship proposals * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale support * Track sales metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly for optimal results Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a relevant industry such as marketing, technology sales, or retail sales * Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales efforts * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines * Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging clients and conducting product demos * Experience in account management, upselling, and managing long-term client relationships is preferred * Ability to work independently with strong analysis skills to evaluate market opportunities and sales performance Join our team as a Sponsorship Sales Representative if you are passionate about driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and building meaningful partnerships.
