About the Role As the Business Development Manager , you'll play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence. You'll identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintain and grow client relationships, and support the development and execution of marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership--including the VP of Business Development and the Marketing Director--to craft strategies that fuel growth across multiple states and sectors. Key Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets (multifamily, assisted living, and hospitality). * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners. * Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new prospects. * Engage in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and follow-ups to develop new leads. * Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and outreach strategies. * Manage and track a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools. * Represent Global Construction at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. * Provide regular progress updates and reports to the VP of Business Development and Marketing Director. What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of experience in construction business development, marketing, or inside sales. * Familiarity with commercial construction or renovation industries. * Demonstrated success in lead generation, client outreach, and relationship management. * Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. * Professional demeanor with a growth-oriented, values-driven mindset.
