We're looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Manager to lead our new and used vehicle sales operations and drive performance in a fast-paced, competitive dealership environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on competition, loves coaching winners, and knows how to turn strategy into sales. What You'll Do: * Lead, inspire, and push a high-performing new and used car sales team. * Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and exceed them. * Manage inventory, pricing strategies, and merchandising for maximum profit. * Coach, train, and develop sales employees to consistently improve performance. * Track KPI's, analyze results, and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the competition. * Ensure every customer receives an exceptional, high-energy buying experience. * Collaborate with finance and upper management to close deals and grow revenue. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (new, used, or both). * Strong leadership skills with a competitive, goal oriented mindset. * Deep understanding of automotive processes and CRM systems. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership. * Professional, driven, and customer-focused attitude.
