The pay range is $40,000-$60,000 /YR, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Key Responsibilities: * Handle incoming calls, online inquiries, and referrals. * Sell fire sprinkler inspections, testing, repairs, and maintenance contracts. * Prepare accurate quotes and followup with customers to secure deals. * Collaborate with outside sales reps and service teams. * Maintain updated records in CRM. Job Qualifications * 2+ years inside sales/customer service experience, ideally in fire protection or technical services. * Strong communication and customer relationship skills. * Experience with Microsoft Office & CRM tools. * NFPA knowledge a plus (training provided).
