Lead Sales in an ESOP Company That Invests in Its People We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead, develop, and scale our sales organization. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building and coaching high-performing sales teams, setting strategic sales direction, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, collaboration, and doing right by our customers. *What You 'll Do * Develop and execute company-wide sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets * Lead, coach, and mentor account executives and customer support teams. * Establish and manage sales goals, KPIs, forecasts, and EOS-aligned scorecards. * Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to optimize results * Partner closely with Operations, Estimating, and Leadership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment and execution * Manage sales budgets, pipelines, and CRM systems * Drive accountability through clear expectations, consistent processes, and performance tracking. * Ensure consistent sales processes, accountability, and best practices across the organization * Support key customer relationships and strategic accounts as needed What You Bring * 5+ years of experience in sales, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role * Proven success driving revenue growth and leading sales teams * Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills * Experience with sales forecasting, CRM platforms, and performance metrics * Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and lead by example * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Preferred (Not Required) * Experience in millwork, construction, building materials, or a related industry * MBA or advanced degree * Experience scaling sales teams in a growth-oriented EOS driven environment What We Offer *Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus company wide incentive package * Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): Become a part-owner * Health, Dental, Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off: Vacation, holidays, and personal days * 401(k) Plan Work Setting Office-based with collaboration across departments, occasional visits to manufacturing facilities, job sites, or key customers.
