Qualifications * 3-4 years of recent experience as a Used Vehicle Manager in California REQUIRED * Ability to know where to buy cars and how to price cars REQUIRED * Proven Used Car Performance History REQUIRED * V Auto/CDK experience PREFERRED * Highline experience PREFERRED * Strong organizational skills REQUIRED * Team player attitude REQUIRED The California pay range for this position is $125,000.00-200,000.00 annually. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long- term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability.
