Duties * Lead and manage the new car sales team, setting clear goals and motivating performance to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow the dealership's new vehicle market share through outside sales, B2B partnerships, and outbound calling campaigns * Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate inventory control, and timely replenishment to meet customer demand * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement * Conduct high-end sales negotiations with customers, employing upselling techniques and tailored marketing approaches to maximize deal profitability * Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, public speaking engagements, and personalized communication skills * Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that attract new customers and retain existing ones * Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations while fostering a positive work environment focused on teamwork and excellence Qualifications * Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership management with a focus on new car sales * Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, cold calling, and outbound prospecting techniques * Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred * Familiarity with CRM software systems for managing leads and sales pipelines effectively * Demonstrated success in high-end or retail automotive sales environments with a focus on upselling and customer retention * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, retail math, and detailed record-keeping * Exceptional public speaking skills and confidence in representing the dealership at community events or industry functions * Knowledge of automotive inventory management systems and marketing strategies is highly desirable Join us as we drive innovation in automotive retail!
