Responsibilities: * Present and sell company products & services to new and existing customers for your designated territory including, but not limited to, mechanical contractors and end-users. * Identifying market growth opportunities in order to prospect and contact new customers * Meet with contractors and engineers to establish, build, and maintain relationships * Work with specifying engineers to help design upcoming projects * Reach agreed upon sales targets for your territory * Resolve customer inquiries * Follow-up on sales quotes to secure business * Work directly with estimating department to bid on and secure new construction projects * Project manage jobs for your customer base * Provide support to your customer during bid, through the negotiation process, and after the sale Qualifications: * Knowledge of and/or experience in the commercial HVAC industry * Ability to accept coaching * Self Motivated * Ability to build rapport with clients * Deadline and detail oriented * Degree Preferred, but not required About Hydronic Technology, Inc.: Hydronic Technology, Inc. is a small company who treats our employees like family.
