What You'll Do

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

): . Build and maintain relationships that drive revenue growth with local, regional, and national account customers. . Ensure that retail sales associates have the tools and product knowledge necessary to effectively demonstrate and sell product to consumers. . Maintain responsibility for growing account revenue for assigned accounts. . Develop, implement, and manage account strategies for sales, merchandising, product placement, etc. . Prepare and conduct product trainings and presentations with sales personnel. . Track the effectiveness of trainings and makes suggestions for improvements. .
