About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and expand market presence within the nano processing equipment sector. In this role, you will lead both internal and external sales efforts, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer relationships. Your expertise in CRM software and sales forecasting will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities * Spearhead the inside sales team, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company objectives. * Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers to promote and sell nano processing machinery. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive market research and competitive analysis, translating insights into actionable strategies. * Educate sales representatives and dealers on product offerings, value propositions, and sales procedures, fostering a knowledgeable and effective sales network. * Utilize CRM and CPQ software to streamline sales processes, track progress, and generate accurate quotes. * Prepare and present sales forecasts and status reports, providing valuable insights to senior management. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless machine deliveries and exceptional customer service, enhancing client satisfaction. Qualifications Required Skills * Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in high-precision equipment sales, with a focus on the automotive, optics, and medical industries. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Skills * Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. * Experience with CRM and CPQ software. * Willingness to travel on short notice, both domestically and internationally. * Strong analytical skills for market research and competitive analysis.
