As an Outbound Business Development Representative, you'll be on the front lines of bringing that value to market. This is a role for someone who enjoys thoughtful outbound work, values relevance over volume, and wants to build real conversations with senior decision-makers - not just book meetings for the sake of activity. What You'll Do * Target & Engage: Prospect enterprise accounts through strategic outbound efforts across phone, email and LinkedIn. * Analyze the Field: Research accounts to tailor outreach to specific industries and C-Suite business challenges. * Manage the Full Cycle: Own opportunities from the first conversation to the close. * Collaborate: Partner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and sharpen targeting. * Optimize: Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline while testing and improving your outreach over time. Who You Are * Experienced: 2-5 years in an outbound BDR/SDR or similar sales/recruiting role. *Competitive & Resilient: *You're a "hunter" who is comfortable with persistence, rejection, and self-directed work. * A "Game Film" Mindset: You likely have a background in sports (playing, coaching or analyzing) and enjoy studying a strategy to find an advantage. * Strong Communicator: Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and write clear, gimmick-free research. * Industry Interest: Curious about CX, research, professional services or the retail/restaurant space. *Compensation & Benefits: * $75,000 - $120,000 OTE * Health and wellness benefits + 401k with 4% match. * 15 days PTO plus 8 company holidays. * Supportive, collaborative culture with potential for travel.
