RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Client Support : Provide ongoing support to existing customers by addressing their questions and concerns regarding their insurance policies. Assist customers with policy changes, updates, and renewals. Claims Assistance : Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring they understand the steps and requirements. Policy Management : Review and analyze customers' current insurance policies to ensure they meet their needs and circumstances. Assist customers in making informed decisions about modifying or updating their coverage. Customer Relationship Management : Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups. Conduct or set appointment periodically to reviews of customers' insurance needs to ensure their coverage remains adequate over time. Documentation and Record-Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers interactions, policy details, and service activities. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations. Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues or complaints customers may have regarding their insurance policies or services. Work collaboratively with other departments to find solutions to complex client problems.
