SALES & MARKETING ASSISTANT - HIGH VOLUME | GET PAID TO PERFORM Paxton Marketing In-Person | Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island, FL Full-Time COMPENSATION (REAL NUMBERS) * $15/hour base * Commission per appointment set * First-Year Earnings: $40,000 -$50,000+ * Top performers out-earn average performers. THIS IS A GRIND ROLE -- AND IT PAYS Paxton Marketing is hiring serious Sales & Marketing Assistants to drive outbound call volume and book warm, qualified appointments for our sales team. This is not customer service. This is not a slow office job. This is a phones-on, scoreboard-driven role. If you like structure, pressure, and getting paid for results -- keep reading. WHAT YOU WILL DO (DAILY EXPECTATIONS) * Make 100 -150 outbound calls per day * Re-engage warm and aged leads fast * Control the call and move prospects to an appointment * Confirm appointments -- not "maybe" conversations * Track every call accurately in the CRM * Hit daily activity and booking targets No hiding. No coasting.
