Inside Sales Rep - Concrete Coatings (Yes, It's as Fun as It Sounds) Love talking to people, closing deals, and being part of a team that actually enjoys work? We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Rep to support our concrete coatings business through customer service, inside sales, and outbound calls (about 50-60% of the role). What You 'll Do * Be the friendly go-to for customers * Process orders from start to finish * Make outbound sales & follow-up calls * Prepare and follow up on quotes * Support the Regional Sales Manager * Keep customer and sales data accurate What You Bring * Bilingual: English & Spanish (required) * High school diploma or associate degree * Inside sales, customer service, or construction materials experience preferred * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Salary/Commission * $50,000-$70,000 base + uncapped commission If you like sales, enjoy helping customers, and don't mind a few corny concrete jokes, apply now --we're ready to coat the market with success.
