Inside Sales Rep - Concrete Coatings (Yes, It's as Fun as It Sounds) Love talking to people, closing deals, and being part of a team that actually enjoys work? We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Inside Sales Rep to support our concrete coatings business through customer service, inside sales, and outbound calls (about 50-60% of the role). What You 'll Do

• Be the friendly go-to for customers
• Process orders from start to finish
• Make outbound sales & follow-up calls
• Prepare and follow up on quotes
• Support the Regional Sales Manager
• Keep customer and sales data accurate

What You Bring

• Bilingual: English & Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or associate degree
• Inside sales, customer service, or construction materials experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills Salary/Commission
