In this role, you will work with customers to understand their vehicle needs, provide expert product knowledge, and deliver an exceptional purchasing experience. Key Responsibilities: * Achieve sales and leasing goals for new and used vehicles while maintaining dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction. * Assist customers in selecting vehicles by identifying their needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information on vehicle features, performance, and optional equipment. * Conduct vehicle test drives and demonstrate product benefits. * Maintain a professional, customer-centric approach throughout the sales process. * Ensure timely delivery of sold vehicles and complete all required paperwork accurately. * Collaborate with the finance and insurance department to finalize sales. * Stay informed on all dealership promotions, manufacturer incentives, and product updates. * Build strong customer relationships through follow-ups and personalized service. * Promote dealership services and schedule the customer's first service appointment. * Participate in training programs and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and skills. Qualifications: * Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Proficiency in using CRM systems and dealership sales tools. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Compensation: * Salary: $65,000 - $100,000+ per year, inclusive of commission and bonuses.
