About Us

: Civic Tech is a growing IT Service and AI Security provider with a strong presence in Northern New Mexico. We provide a full suite of IT capabilities to clients ranging from AI enabled security system implementation all the way to white glove onsite IT Management. We have a strong presence in education, government, healthcare and construction industries. We are looking for a competitive, self-driven and experienced B2B sales representative with strong computer and technical skills. This opportunity is great for someone with technical sales experience with strong existing local market knowledge. Sales Rep

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a prospective list of organizations
• Prospect and meet with local organization leadership through cold outreach, networking, and scheduling appointments
• Build long-term relationships with key contacts with both prospects and newly acquired clients
• Identify and pursue key sales opportunities at prospects and existing clients to extend and expand our relationship
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Build positive trust relationships to influence targeted groups in the decision-making process
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest product developments

Requirements

• 2+ years proven outside B2B sales experience
• Strong prospecting and closing abilities
• Experience in education, government or healthcare sales preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation

We offer full-time employment with base salary plus commission pay. Potential for $100,000 plus annual compensation with both new account bonuses and ongoing residuals for specific service offerings. Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
