We are in search of a motivated B2B Technical Sales Specialist to help expand our presence within the plastics sector. This is a highly visible role focused on building relationships, ideal for someone who enjoys tackling customer challenges, fostering lasting partnerships, and having a significant impact on business outcomes. What We 're Looking For Education * A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, communications, or a closely related field. Experience * Proven B2B sales or technical experience within industrial markets. * Experience in plastics processing or with industrial lubricants, coatings, or cleaners is highly desirable. Skills & Traits * A strong communicator capable of establishing trust with both technical experts and general audiences. * Self-driven, well-organized, and at ease managing a sales territory effectively. * A strategic mindset with a sales approach that prioritizes consultation. * Demonstrated success in achieving growth targets and cultivating new business opportunities. Travel * Prepared to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
