What You will Do * Start strong as a financial professional: Build client relationships, gain firsthand experience with our products and services, and develop core skills in sales, marketing, and business development. * Transition into leadership: After your first year, top performers will enter an intensive six month training program designed to prepare you to recruit, develop, and coach your own team of financial professionals. * Drive real impact: Help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their financial futures while shaping the next generation of advisors. Who We are Looking For You are a strong fit if you have said "yes" to one of the following: * You have sales or management experience in another industry. * You have successfully run your own business. * You hold an MBA or comparable advanced degree. Career Progression * Start as a Financial Professional (commission based). * Transition to Associate Partner (salaried management role: $60,000-$150,000 base plus bonuses). * Continue to grow into senior leadership roles with significant long-term income potential. * In 2022, the average income for our Partners was $240,000.
