Sales Manager - Dynamic Home Creations (Plainfield, NJ) Job Summary Dynamic Home Creations -- a premier design-build firm specializing in high-end home renovations -- is seeking a tech-savvy, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in outside sales and B2C relationship building , particularly within the home improvement or construction industries. You'll oversee our sales operations, manage client relationships, and implement growth strategies that align with our mission of delivering exceptional remodeling experiences. This is a high-impact role where your performance directly contributes to company success and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve company goals and contract targets. * Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads, convert prospects, and drive revenue growth. * Manage the full sales cycle -- from initial consultation to contract signing -- ensuring a seamless client experience. * Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess needs and present tailored renovation solutions. * Utilize CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track leads, pipeline, and client interactions. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and content that support lead generation. * Build long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent follow-up. * Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and improve closing ratios. * Partner with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer satisfaction. * Represent Dynamic Home Creations at community events, networking functions, and trade shows. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales , business development , or sales management , preferably in the home renovation, design-build, or construction industry. * Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems , digital marketing, and virtual presentation tools. * Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Strategic thinker with the ability to set goals, manage performance, and achieve measurable results. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple client relationships. * Self-motivated with a customer-first approach and passion for helping homeowners transform their spaces. Compensation * Base pay is negotiable and based on experience. * Bonuses will be given for signed contracts. * Additional performance incentives may be available as the company continues to grow.
