This role involves promoting our products, creating memorable brand experiences, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. Duties * Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and outside locations to increase visibility and awareness. * Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. * Collect data from customer interactions to support marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts. * Assist in event marketing activities to attract new customers and generate leads. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, offering product recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience. * Support branding initiatives through consistent messaging and professional presentation. * Engage with the community through public speaking engagements and promotional activities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that align with brand goals. Skills * Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus. * Proven sales ability with a focus on product demos and upselling techniques. * Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to engage diverse audiences effectively. * Experience in event marketing, sales or promotional activities is preferred. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for public speaking and customer engagement. * Knowledge of branding principles and marketing strategies to effectively promote products. * Ability to work independently in dynamic environments while maintaining professionalism.
