Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share within assigned territories through proactive outside sales efforts. * Identify new business opportunities by conducting lead generation activities, cold calling potential clients, and leveraging marketing resources. * Manage existing accounts with a focus on account management, upselling, and customer retention to maximize revenue streams. * Conduct product demos and technical sales presentations to educate clients on solutions tailored to their needs. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics. * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maintaining profitability. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory management strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive B2B sales growth. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships. * Familiarity with CRM software platforms like Salesforce and proficiency in using CRM tools for lead generation and pipeline management. * Ability to conduct product demos effectively and deliver compelling technical sales presentations. * Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic approaches. * Experience in territory management, inside sales, retail sales, or direct sales is highly desirable. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm.
