What You'll Do: * Lead and support a team of talented remote sales reps--coach, mentor, and drive success daily. * Build and execute winning sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. * Oversee outbound calling and telemarketing efforts, ensuring top-tier client engagement. * Negotiate contracts with clients--always balancing profitability and satisfaction. * Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable feedback. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and results. * Onboard and train new team members on Medicare products, sales techniques, and service standards. * Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to keep us one step ahead. What We're Looking For: * Proven leadership in sales--bonus points for Medicare or insurance experience. * Strong telemarketing skills and a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent communicator who can build trust and rapport with clients and team members. * Confident negotiator with a customer-first mindset. * Highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
