We are seeking a Call Center Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information in the plumbing service field. You will also be managing other customer service reps daily productivity and workflow Responsibilities: * Oversee existing customer service reps on a daily basis * Handle reps weekly schedules , training and employee productivity * Handle customer inquiries and complaints * Provide information about the products and services * Troubleshoot and resolve any incoming call issues * Document and update customer records based on interactions * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services * Hold monthly meetings with reps Qualifications: * Previous management experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields * Experience with managing individuals , attendance , training * Ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Handle heavy email * Plumbing Industry experience a must Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: * Carle Place, NY 11514: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred) * Sales: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
