Job Summary In-Check Mechanical is a fast-growing HVAC + Electrical company serving the Greater Philadelphia / Berks County area. We're hiring a Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right solutions for their homes--HVAC systems, service upgrades, and electrical improvements. You do NOT need HVAC sales experience to apply (although it's a plus). What we need is someone who already has a strong sales foundation , is confident speaking with homeowners, and has the drive to close jobs the right way. If you're a true go-getter, we will train you on our systems, pricing, and the HVAC/electrical side of the work. What You 'll Do * Run in-home appointments with homeowners * Diagnose needs, present options, and help customers make confident decisions * Build trust, educate customers, and close work ethically * Follow up on estimates and keep your pipeline moving * Sell HVAC installs plus additional add-ons (thermostats, air quality options, duct improvements, electrical upgrades, etc.) * Communicate clearly with our field team to ensure smooth installs and happy clients Who This Is For This is for someone who: * Has real sales experience in any field (in-home sales, retail, car sales, solar, insurance, home improvement, roofing/windows, etc.) * Has a strong "sales nose" and can read people * Has energy, grit, and confidence * Wants to grow with a company and become a key player long term What We 're Looking For * Sales background required (industry doesn't matter) * Coachable + willing to learn HVAC & electrical basics * Reliable, presentable, and professional in customers' homes * Strong communication and follow-up skills * High integrity: focuses on what 's best for the customer * Driver's license + reliable transportation Compensation * Uncapped commission * Part-time start with a clear path to full-time as results grow * Training provided (sales process + HVAC/electrical process) * Opportunity to become a long-term sales leader within the company Schedule * Part-time to start (2-4 days/week depending on appointments) * Flexible schedule * Goal is to build toward full-time quickly for the right person To Apply Please include: * Your sales background (what you sold + how long) * Why you're a strong closer / go-getter * Where you're located Pay: From $500.00 per week Benefits: * Paid training * Travel reimbursement * Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Reading, PA 19606
