Job Overview - SR Sales Manager - Extended Stay Hotels Titan Hotel Group, a growing hotel management company, is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the position of SR Sales Manager - Extended Stay for a Marriott Branded Hotel and WoodSpring hotels in the Harrisburg/Carlisle area. Current and former Directors of Sales, Sales Managers, Coordinators and Catering Managers are strongly encouraged to apply. Position Summary: This individual is responsible for selling the total hotel through active participation in the direct sales efforts of rooms and catering. This is a position that requires active selling and outside sales efforts. Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for overall account management, business generation, and sales prospecting for assigned hotel property to meet and exceed revenue goals. * Responds to all sales inquiries in a timely manner and with a sense of urgency. * Participates in Revenue Management strategies using such tools as Star reports, demand analysis and applicable reporting systems. * Conducts a required number of sales activities including outside cold calls, telemarketing, e-mailing and prospecting. * Manage existing and new client relationships. * Organizes, maintains, and tracks sales data. * Support revenue management efforts and work with all hotel departments to deliver a positive experience for the guests and groups. * Completes requests of General Manager and other management personnel, as applicable. * Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements * Experience with FOSSE, MARSHA, STS or other brand systems used by Hilton, IHG, and Choice preferred. * Ability to interpret and perform basic computer functions, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. * Strong proficiency in Revenue Management strategies.
