We're expanding our outreach team and looking for motivated, energetic individuals to help us connect with potential customers in local neighborhoods. Role Overview: As a Door-to-Door Lead Generator , you will be the first point of contact between our company and homeowners. Your primary responsibility is not selling , but starting conversations , sharing basic information, and collecting qualified leads for our sales team to follow up with. What You 'll Do: * Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners * Provide a friendly, professional introduction to our services * Ask simple qualifying questions and record lead details * Schedule follow-up appointments for our sales representatives * Represent our brand with professionalism and positivity * Meet or exceed weekly lead and activity goals What We 're Looking For: * Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated with a positive attitude * Reliable and punctual * Ability to work independently and handle outdoor conditions * Experience in customer service, canvassing, or sales is a plus -- but not required (we provide training!)
