Overview

: As a Door-to-Door Lead Generator , you will be the first point of contact between our company and homeowners. Your primary responsibility is not selling , but starting conversations , sharing basic information, and collecting qualified leads for our sales team to follow up with. What You 'll Do:

• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners
• Provide a friendly, professional introduction to our services
• Ask simple qualifying questions and record lead details
• Schedule follow-up appointments for our sales representatives
• Represent our brand with professionalism and positivity
• Meet or exceed weekly lead and activity goals What We 're Looking For:
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable speaking with new people
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and handle outdoor conditions
• Experience in customer service, canvassing, or sales is a plus -- but not required (we provide training!) What We Offer:
