Full description of the position

Our company is looking for an energetic and motivated AT&T Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Carrollton, TX. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with AT&T customers, offering them tailored solutions for their wireless, internet, and communication needs. This is a client-facing position where you will provide guidance on service plans, answer questions, and help customers choose the best options based on their unique needs. You will work from our on-site office, with occasional on-site visits to meet with clients surrounding the local area. Key Responsibilities: * Assist AT&T customers by assessing and understanding their individual service needs. * Clearly and effectively explain AT&T's products and services in a way that resonates with customers. * Help customers choose wireless, internet, and communication solutions that meet their needs. * Stay informed on current AT&T promotions, service plans, and product offerings. * Process service orders accurately and assist with account updates as required. * Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to continue developing your skills. * Represent AT&T in a professional, enthusiastic, and positive manner. * Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to exceed team performance goals. Qualifications: * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Reliable transportation to and from the office and customer appointments. * Positive attitude with a friendly, professional demeanor. * Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. * Willingness to learn new skills and accept constructive feedback. * Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
