The PSSR uses technology as an active tool, provides proactive customer support and subsequent growth for McCoy Construction and Forestry (MCF). Achieves MCF's customer support and satisfaction goals, parts and service marketing and management capability in a specific geographic area of responsibility. Manages the product support process to preempt and resolve technical and/or parts issues impacting machine performance and uptime by developing customer relationships. Benefits: * Paid Time Off-80 Hours in the first year! * Medical, Dental, Vision, Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance. * 401K with Employer match. * $50,000 company paid Life Insurance Policy. * Remote position - working 1 day per week in hired dealership. * Family Owned * Base Pay plus commission * Mileage reimbursement * Supportive Management team and opportunities for advancement. * Excellence Rewarded * Ability to thrive in the McCoy Construction & Forestry Culture * Planned work schedule. * 6 Company Paid Holidays * Meaningful work * Employee referral program Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * External (Customer Focused) sales/support position. * Using the benefits of technology, strategically focus on incremental revenue opportunities that support both parts and service strategic fiscal objectives. * Make field related purpose-built customer calls to follow up on Product Support opportunities and provide leads for Parts and Service Department * Fully utilize McCoy's customer relationship management (CRM) * Actively promote Preventative Maintenance Contracts (PM's) or Total Maintenance and Repair Contracts (TMR's) * Provide customer training, follow up calls and create digital customer partnerships. * Proactively monitor JDLINK data, promote and maintain machine connectivity along with the sale of Universal Telematics Devises. * Perform other duties as assigned. * Maintain regular onsite attendance as required by your supervisor. Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred: * Degree preferred and/or applicable experience in an Engineering/Technology /Marketing discipline. * Minimum of 5 years related Equipment experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Demonstrated sales and marketing skills. Understanding the principles, applying the information to complex situations, developing new applications and providing expert support for other practitioners. * Knowledge of products and services offered, good interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Be customer focused, write clearly and concisely, and analyze effectively. * Ability to travel up to 90% of the time with in your AOR, some overnight stays included.
