Sales Team Lead $50,000 -$70,000+ First Year | Paid Training | Leadership Development | Full-Time Location: Dallas -Fort Worth Metroplex (In-Person) HighRange Collective is hiring Sales Team Leads to support and develop field sales teams representing nationally recognized companies in technology, energy, and home services. This is a full-time, in-person role designed for individuals who are early in their career and interested in building sales expertise while developing leadership skills through hands-on training and performance-based growth. About HighRange Collective HighRange Collective builds, trains, and manages professional field sales teams for established Fortune 500-level clients. Our focus is on long-term development, coaching, and internal promotion. Many of our current leaders began their careers in entry-level sales roles and advanced through consistent performance and leadership contribution. Position Overview As a Sales Team Lead, you will begin by learning our sales and customer engagement process through structured training and in-field experience. As you progress, you will take on additional responsibility by supporting new team members, assisting with training, and contributing to overall team performance. Advancement opportunities are based on performance, reliability, and leadership capability.
