Overview Caelis is seeking a motivated individual for our Sales Manager Trainee program. This is a career development role designed to train a high-potential candidate from the ground up to eventually lead a sales team. This is a full- time, employee position with a base salary plus uncapped commission. What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities): * Initially, you will master our sales process by working alongside our team in a retail environment to promote Primo brand products across partner locations. * You will learn to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals. * You will participate in mandatory training sessions focused on sales leadership, team management, and business strategy. * Upon successful completion of the initial training phase, you will be responsible for mentoring new hires and assisting with team performance tracking. * This role is designed to transition into a full Sales Manager position with team leadership responsibilities. What We Require: * No previous management experience required; we are looking for leadership potential. * A strong desire to build a career in sales management. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Must be coachable, goal-oriented, and resilient.
