The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee is seeking an experienced Group Sales Manager to help grow our Lake Country destination. With 40,000+ sq. ft. of flexible space, 192 guest rooms, and an indoor water park, we offer a dynamic environment for groups and events with indoor and outdoor space! We're looking for someone who thrives on building longterm partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities through networking and events, and representing a wellloved local destination. This is a full time/exempt position with some evening and weekend hours required based on client needs. What You 'll Do * Prospect, negotiate, and close new and existing group business by phone and in person opportunities * Represent the hotel at events and industry meetings * Maintain accurate sales activity and communication in Delphi * Deliver exceptional service while driving revenue * Present confidently with strong written and verbal communication What We 're Looking For * Motivated sales professional who values longterm client relationships * Hotel sales experience required; group sales experience preferred * Strong prospecting, presentation, and negotiation skills * Delphi and Maestro experience a plus What We Offer * Salary starting at $63K * Generous bonus structure * Full benefits package including hotel and waterpark discounts * Free parking * Teamfocused environment Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment background check and reference checks.
