Responsibilities Include: * Visit homeowners in Louisville and surrounding areas to evaluate their current and future home improvement needs. * Conduct detailed and accurate inspections of client homes. * Analyze facts and figures to help homeowners reach logical conclusions/solutions. * Accountable for customer satisfaction * Precise delivery of our PROVEN 10 step selling methodology, yielding a 50% sale closing ratio. Skills and Abilities: * Competitive, results oriented individual who can work independently and deliver consistent results. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Willingness to learn and follow our company's systems and procedures. * Able to memorize and confidently present company sales presentations.
