Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced B2B Account Executive to sell Keder Solutions Services and Products to NEW Prospects in the Pool, Roll-up door and Screen Industries. The sales professional will then maintain and grow sales to that book of business ongoing while continuing to develop new business. The role of the Account Executive for Keder Solutions is to exceed Baseline Sales Targets while maintaining a customer focused service. Key Responsibilities: Sales Goals: Achieve Baseline Sales Targets and other objectives. * Sales Activity - Meets or exceeds minimum sales activity requirements. * Contacts prospects via phone, email, social media, or in person to set future in person or virtual appointments. * Travels 2-3 weeks per month to conduct in person meetings with prospects and current customers. * Tools - Makes effective use of sales tools and product samples to engage prospects and customers toward buying. Profitability : Understands the components of profitability in our business and views it as unethical to sell any account which cannot realize a reasonable profit. Market Segment Knowledge: Maintains strong knowledge of the Pool, Roll-up door, and Screen Industries. * Attends industry workshops , seminars and tradeshows to gain insights into these market segments * Subscribes to newsletters and association publications to stay up to date with industry trends * Joins industry social media groups to network and stay in touch with potential buyers * Participates in tradeshows that Keder Solutions has a booth at when needed Product and Sales Knowledge: Maintains proficiency in product and sales knowledge and translates that knowledge into meaningful business relationships and sales. * Quickly learn s Keder Solutions Products and Services initially and works to maintain and grow product knowledge to expert levels. * Understands competitor activities , intelligence, products and pricing. Monitors and anticipates this competitive activity and provides prompt feedback to leadership. * Works with VP of Sales and Marketing, President and Engineering staff of Keder Solutions to develop new products that fit within Keder Solutions scope of business and can be sold and marketed to pool, roll-up door and screen industries. * Maintains a strong sales process including continued sales training and personal development. Positive Impact: Makes a positive impact on all prospects, customers and colleagues. * Enthusiasm - Displays enthusiasm and treats all prospects with respect. * Appearance - Displays professionalism in appearance and mannerisms at all times. * Impact - Sales Literature, sales aids, marketing material and personal grooming are always current, neat, clean and fresh looking. Planning: Manage time and territory effectively. * CRM system - Uses NetSuite to maintain accurate data, log calls and manage up to date prospect and customer information on a daily basis. * Prospect Identification - Identifies all prospects in the assigned territory/market segments utilizing prospecting activity and sales tools. Inputs and maintains prospect information in NetSuite. * Organization: Organizes sales activities that maximizes the time spent and ROI during travel. Accounts Sold: Communicates necessary details for all sales orders to Operations and shipping staff to ensure successful fulfillment. Ensure thoroughness and accuracy of sales orders by: * Providing accurate and thorough shipping methods and instructions * Ensuring orders are accurate and have complete notes for production Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field. * 5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in B2B environments. * Ability to travel 2-3 weeks per month, often overnight. * Proven success in prospecting, pipeline building, qualifying leads, negotiating, closing, and hitting quotas. * Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills for C-level engagement and product demos. * Demonstrated ability in account management, analysis skills, and strategic planning * Strong relationship-building, active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. * Experience with CRM and sales automation tools. * Strong organizational and communication skills. A strong ability to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Highly organized with the ability to effectively maximize travel and time spent in the field. * Prefer experience in selling to the pool or screen market segments.
