Duties * Engage in outside sales activities by identifying and pursuing new client leads through telemarketing, networking, and community outreach. * Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for clients to recommend suitable insurance products, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process. * Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients, balancing their needs with company offerings to secure mutually beneficial agreements. * Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance. * Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance products effectively across various channels, including multilingual campaigns if applicable. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, explaining policy details clearly, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. * Maintain detailed records of all interactions, transactions, and compliance requirements such as HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive health information. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and persuasively. * Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to evaluate market trends and client needs effectively. * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases efficiently. * Knowledge of insurance sales practices, telemarketing techniques, and marketing strategies tailored to different audiences. * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to foster trust and build long-term client relationships. * Experience working within benefits administration or customer service roles that require attention to detail and compliance with regulations such as HIPAA.
