Business Development / Outside B2B Sales Industry: Water & Fire Property Restoration Location: Northwest Chicago - Elgin area Compensation: $65,000-$80,000 + Commission +Benefits + Growth Path Join a recession-resistant industry with a team that values integrity, relationships, and career advancement. Our client provides water and fire property restoration services with a complete, dependable solution--and we're looking for someone who can help expand their reach in the community. What You 'll Do * Build and grow referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, municipalities, contractors, and other key partners. * Conduct daily outside sales calls and weekly presentations to referral sources. * Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities using research, networking, and consistent outreach. * Maintain an organized pipeline, track activity, and manage relationships using CRM tools. * Represent their values of professionalism, honesty, and integrity while building trust in the community. * Collaborate closely with leadership and operations to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction. * Meet or exceed monthly business development goals, supported by a strong internal team. * Work primarily in the field, with occasional evenings or weekend events when needed.
